Whats Up?
Tomorrow night is the Trisport Winter Social. Even if you did not RSVP, it's okay, drop in at Olde Boston.
Want to get your feet wet with an indoor triathlon before the 4th annual Fort Dodge Rec Indoor Tri? The
human performance program at BVU in Storm Lake, IA is putting on their first indoor triathlon on Feb. 12th. For information, check out their site www.bvu.edu/triathlon or click on the poster image below to open a PDF.

The 2011 FD Trisport Turkey Trot was a great success with 200 people and 10 dogs showing up to put in a 3 or 5 mile run or walk on Thanksgiving morning. A car full of food donations was taken to the Salvation Army. Pics posted on Fort Dodge Trisport's face book page.
2011 Emmetsburg Triathlon
June 25th was the Emmetsburg Sprint Triathlon.
This Wednesday, June 29th, FD Trisport is having a social ride/run! Wear your Trisport gear to Snell/Crawford park at 5:30ish P.M. for a team picture session followed by an hour or so of social paced group run or ride and some hydration afterwards. Hope to see you then! If you have ordered team gear it is in at Browns Shoe Fit. If you haven't ordered any, stop in anyway, there are some extras available for purchase.

Fort Dodge Trisport
We are excited to announce the
formation of Fort Dodge Trisport. The formation of Fort Dodge Trisport comes
after almost a year of discussion and informal meetings following the
successful organization and completion of the inaugural Fort Dodge YMCA Indoor
Triathlon (2009). The positive feedback
from the participants in the 2009 indoor triathlon, particularly those who had
never participated in a competitive event like the indoor triathlon, was added incentive to form a multisport club/team with a mission of promoting a healthy
lifestyle, camaraderie and positive portrayal of the city of Fort Dodge within
